1. What is your return/exchange policy?

Sorry, no refunds are given on merchandise. Exchanges are given within 14 days for size or color adjustments. You are responsible for shipping costs to send an item back. The shirt MUST be unworn and in brand new condition to be eligible for an exchange. Please email orders@bnaturalapparel.com to notify the company of your exchange request. We MUST be notified before any merchandise is mailed back to us for an exchange. Please check the sizing chart before making a purchase to reduce your chance of needing to exchange an item. Custom orders are final sale and CANNOT be exchanged.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck are accepted payment methods. All purchases made online are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay through this method. If you do not feel comfortable making an online payment, arrangements can be made to accept money orders and cashier's checks, but PayPal is the preferred method.

3. What is PayPal?

PayPal is an ebay Company that allows individuals and businesses with an email address to securely, easily, and quickly send and receive payments online. When you pay through PayPal, their company acts like the middle man in our transaction. You give your financial information to them, they deduct the funds from your account, and then they send the payment to me. Through this method, I do not have any access to your personal information, i.e. bank account numbers, credit card numbers. 4. How long will it take to receive my merchandise?

If a specific shirt is in stock, it is normally shipped within two business days. If a pre-order is being offered (allowing an order to be made when an item is not in stock), that item not in stock may take up to four weeks to receive. An item not in stock will be designated by (pre-order) written beside it. Only complete orders are mailed out, so if your order includes an out of stock item, the order will not be shipped until all items are in-stock. 5. How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are based on the total number of shirts that are purchased. Please see shipping chart below:

6. Do you have a store?

At this time, B. Natural Apparel shirts can only be found online and in select hair salons in the Atlanta area.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Orders can be shipped internationally, but the order cannot be completed through the website. Customers should email their order, including style name, quantity, color, and size, and shipping information to orders@bnaturalapparel.com. You will then be emailed a PayPal invoice through which major credit cards can be used to complete the purchase. Once the payment is accepted, the order will normally be shipped within two business days. The shipping amount charged will depend on the destination of the order.
